Virtua Health in Mount Holly, NJ seeks a Labor and Delivery/Special Care Nursery nurse float with 1 year of relevant experience. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, administer therapies, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

The role requires an NJ RN license, strong communication, and ongoing education. Floating between L&D, Mother Baby, and SCN will be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or Special Care Nursery.
• NJ RN License must be current and on record.
• Knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, procedures and standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate care with a team.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
