Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, OH seeks a licensed registered nurse for the NFP program. You will provide home visits to women and their families, delivering comprehensive care across six programmatic domains and promoting patient advocacy in line with ANA ethics.

Requires Ohio RN license with BSN preferred, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within Franklin County with some evenings and weekends. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN license in the State of Ohio.
• BSN preferred.
• Two years maternal/child health, public health, home visiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides home visits to women and their families for the NFP program.
• Delivers comprehensive care across six programmatic domains: personal health, environmental health, life course development, maternal role, family & friends, health & human services.
• Contributes to a positive work environment, participates in team meetings and supervision.
• Stays informed of healthcare developments to provide safe, quality nurse home visiting services.
• Provides education, support, and referrals to help families meet goals.
