Qualifications

Doctoral degree in Public Health or a closely related field.
Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative research methods in maternal health or family health.
Strong scientific writing and ability to produce manuscripts and reports.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to deadlines.
Commitment to health equity and community-engaged research.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of maternal and family health research studies, including coordination of study protocols, data collection, and IRB compliance.
Assist with development and refinement of study instruments and data collection tools.
Conduct data analysis using SAS, R, Stata, SPSS or NVivo/ATLAS.ti.
Perform literature reviews to inform research design and grant applications.
Support data governance and documentation in line with IRB and sponsor requirements.
