Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Montclair, NJ is seeking a variable shift, PRN Maternal Fetal Medicine Ultrasound Technician to perform general ultrasound exams and vascular studies in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Required: accredited ultrasound program, ARRT/ARDMS or equivalent, licensure and registry maintenance, and BLS within 14 days of hire. On-call and holidays are required. Preference for an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of MFM experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of an Accredited Ultrasound Program.
• ARRT, ARDMS, or equivalent registered or eligible.
• Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• On call and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• The Ultrasound Tech performs standard general ultrasounds and all vascular exams including cardiovascular, venous, arterial, and renal studies.
