Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Manager of Maternal Fetal Medicine to lead the MFM program’s operations, clinical and administrative activities for high-risk obstetric patients. You will support physicians, APPs, nurses, sonographers and staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across settings.

The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and ongoing process improvement to advance outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in healthcare or leadership.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and writing communication skills required.
• The ability to relate and deal effectively with physicians, administrators, support staff, and the public with tact and discretion.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Maternal Fetal Medicine practice, including clinic flow, scheduling, staffing, and patient access.
• Ensures delivery of safe, high-quality care for high-risk obstetric patients in accordance with evidence-based standards and organizational policies.
• Supports MFM physicians and advanced practice providers by optimizing workflows and removing operational barriers to care delivery.
• Coordinates care across multiple settings (clinic, hospital, imaging, and specialty services).
