Job summary

Unified Women's Healthcare, affiliated with Florida Woman Care, is seeking a Full Time Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician in West Palm Beach. The MFM will diagnose, treat and manage high-risk pregnancies within a large, stable group of providers and midwives.

Deliveries occur at St. Mary's Hospital, a Level III facility. The role features first-call responsibility with a backup physician, and a supportive team of over 40 providers focused on comprehensive women's health.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in MFM
• Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship
• Florida State Medical License (active/unrestricted) or ability to obtain
• DEA License (unrestricted) or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat and manage high-risk pregnancies as part of the MFM team.
• Collaborate with a large network of over 40 providers and midwives.
• Deliveries performed at St. Mary's Hospital (Level III high volume).
• On-call coverage: physician on first call with a second physician on back-up.

Position Highlights:

• Large, established group of Generalists, Hospitalists and MFMs is adding an MFM for growth
• MFM will diagnose, treat and manage women's healthcare with high risk pregnancies
• Deliveries are performed at St. Mary's Hospital, a Level III, high volume, high acuity facility
• This is a large group of over 40 providers with very little turnover
• Physician is on first call, w/a 2nd Physician on back-up call
• Position is supported by 2 Midwives on dayshift and 1 Midwife on nightshift

Requirements:
