Obstetrics and Gynecology (Maternal Fetal Medicine) Physician Opportunity in Valdosta, GA

This regional medical center in Valdosta, GA, is seeking a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist with fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Due to increasing demand, we are pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist. Currently, the community is served by three employed obstetrics-gynecology physicians and seven private practice physicians, all providing top-quality healthcare.

The Medical Center is the most comprehensive health system serving South Georgia and North Florida, operating four hospitals across Lowndes, Berrien, and Lanier counties. Its services include ambulance services, a broad medical office network, a cancer center, hospice, retirement and skilled nursing facilities, imaging centers, and urgent cares. Key service lines include heart and vascular, stroke, trauma, cancer, orthopedics, surgery, and women and infants' services.

Position Details
  1. Full-time, permanent position
  2. Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  3. No deliveries or surgeries required
  4. Hospital-based employment

Qualifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Maternal-Fetal Medicine Fellowship
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Georgia
  • Experience with EPIC EMR system is a plus
