Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a board certified or board eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join a collegial, supportive team. The OB/GYN department includes 20 OB/GYNs, 2 MFMs, 6 APCs and 15 CNMs in an integrated prenatal unit.

New clinicians receive a 1-year guarantee of $524,000 with upside earning potential and a starting bonus of up to $35,000. Both part-time (0.6 FTE) and full-time positions are available; deliveries are not required for MFMs.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
• Experience in a multi-specialty clinic preferred.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a collegial environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide MFM care to high-risk obstetric patients.
• Participate in a team of 20 OB/GYNs and 2 MFMs in a high-functioning prenatal unit.
• Share call coverage with two other MFM physicians (mostly telephone consults).
• Note: MFMs are not required to perform deliveries.

The OB/GYN Department consists of 20 OB/GYNs, 2 MFMs, 6 APCs and 15 Certified Nurse Midwives. We are an integrated, high functioning prenatal team.

About The Position

• Part-time or Full-time (0.6 - 1.0 FTE)
• Well-trained staff of 8 sonographers, nurses, and other medical professionals
• 21 - 25 patients seen in clinic per day
• Call is shared with two other MFM physicians (mostly telephone consults)
• MFM physicians are not required to do deliveries
• Compensation is a Production model
• New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee of $524,000 with significant upside earning potential
• Up to $35,000 starting bonus
• Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
