Responsibilities

• Provide consultative services to OB Generalists and Neonatologists.
• Manage outpatient practices and support perinatal services.
• Serve in rotating call schedules for consultations.
• Facilities: New Medical Arts Pavilion with Family Planning Services, Safe Beginnings Program, Centering for Childbirth; Obstetric Medicine Clinic; remote patient monitoring for diabetic and hypertensive patients
• EMR: Cerner EMR & GE Viewpoint for ultrasound reporting
• Hospital: AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth (Pomona, NJ) with 22‑bed Level III NICU, 9 L&D beds, 25 private postpartum beds
• Inpatient consults: Consultative services to OB Generalists and Neonatologists

AtlantiCare is seeking a Perinatologist to join our not-for-profit community health system located along the beautiful southeastern coast of New Jersey. We are dedicated to supporting our providers with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and professional growth.

About the Opportunity

• Team: Join a collaborative team of 3 Perinatologists and 2 APNs
• Schedule: 5-day work week, Monday Friday
• Call: Rotating consultative call schedule
  • Weeknights: 6pm-8am
  • 24‑hour weekend call: Saturday 8am - Monday 8am

Outpatient Practice

• Locations: Two modern practice sites in Pomona and Atlantic City (providers rotate between both)
• Support: Practice Manager, RN Clinical Manager, Registered Nurses, Perinatal Sonographers
• Facilities:
  • New Medical Arts Pavilion at the Atlantic City campus, offering Family Planning Services, Safe Beginnings Program, and Centering for Childbirth
  • Obstetric Medicine Clinic for postpartum management
  • Remote patient monitoring for diabetic and hypertensive patients
• EMR: Cerner EMR & GE Viewpoint for ultrasound reporting

Inpatient Practice

• Hospital: AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center for Childbirth (Pomona, NJ)
• Consults: Consultative services to OB Generalists and Neonatologists
• Facility Features:

  • 9 L&D labor beds
  • 25 private postpartum beds, each with a private shower
