Job summary

The University of Washington Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology invites applications for a faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. The appointment is twelve months, full-time, with a three-year term, renewable at the Assistant level.

Responsibilities include outpatient obstetrical imaging, high-volume inpatient and outpatient clinical duties, and teaching fellows, residents, and medical students.

Qualifications

• MD degree or foreign equivalent and completion of a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology; board certified or board eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Assuming Associate Professor rank, at least 5 years of experience is expected
• This is a full-time twelve-month appointment with potential renewal for Assistant Professor level

Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient obstetrical imaging
• Work in high-volume inpatient and outpatient clinical practices
• Collaborate in teams and support the academic mission of UW Medicine
• Teach and mentor fellows, residents, and medical students
• Contribute to research and scholarly activity within the division
