Job summary

Arkansas Children's seeks an experienced Research Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a multidisciplinary clinical research program within the Nutrition Center. You will oversee supervisors, participant recruitment, biospecimen operations, data quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of GCP/IRB processes, and experience with longitudinal studies and randomized trials. Working closely with investigators, you will drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff-development experience.
• Experience with GCP, IRB, and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinical and non-clinical research staff and activities.
• Oversee audits, compliance reviews and regulatory processes.
• Create annual budgets and forecast expenditures for the program.
• Ensure data integrity and quality across studies and systems.
• Collaborate with investigators and leadership to implement study protocols.
