Job summary

Washington County’s Public Health Division seeks a Program Coordinator to support Maternal Child & Family programs, coordinating outreach, meetings, and contract oversight. You’ll ensure compliance with agreements and provide QA across early childhood and youth programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with providers and county staff. The position offers a hybrid schedule and requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with several years of program administration experience, plus strong budgeting

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in relevant field with required years of experience.
• Two to four years of increasingly responsible work experience in service program administration, coordination, development and/or planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate community engagement and outreach activities, meetings and advisory committees aligned with program deliverables.
• Negotiate and monitor expense contracts, ensure compliance with policies and grant deliverables.
• Collaborate with staff and partners to address needs, provide training and technical assistance, and ensure program quality.
• Review proposals and RFPs, and make recommendations for compliance and objectives.
