Job summary

Debbie’s Staffing Services, Inc. has Material Handler positions for our client located in Reidsville, NC. The role pays $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and a rotating shift schedule every two weeks (1st 7am-3pm) with mandatory weekends when notified.

The assignment is long-term temporary. Responsibilities include pulling products, wrapping pallets, printing labels, and ensuring quality and proper loading. Steel-toe shoes required and a plain yellow fluorescent shirt must be worn.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and respectful team player.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Reliable transportation (location not accessible by public transit).
• Dress Code: Plain yellow fluorescent work shirt.
• STEEL TOES REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Pull products from press, stack, and place on pallets.
• Wrap and palletize products for shipping.
• Print labels with the printer and locate info on job docket and setup sheet.
• Ensure correct loading of products on pallets for material handling.
• Pull product samples per company procedure and send to Quality Auditors as required.
• Ensure finished product appears high quality, printed and completed without errors.
• Band wrapped pallets with a hand bander.
