Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 1-3 years of demonstrated laboratory experience.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to understand and follow experimental protocols for preservation of data.
• Comfortable working with toxic chemicals and able to stand for long periods.
• Basic experience in the lab/workshop setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical/electrical/thermal properties testing of materials and record data.
• Organize experiments, summarize results in lab notebook or PPT.
• Runs and upkeeps laboratory equipment; ensure calibration and safety checks.
• Conduct standard lab testing to support new product introductions.
• Compile data into Excel spreadsheets for engineers and colleagues.
