Qualifications

• Hands-on machine operation and test experience.
• Ability to read and understand product design and fabrication documentation.
• Ability to document design changes for specifications, per standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor in material preparation, testing, and process development.
• Perform comprehensive testing of material properties following established standards.
• Document details and procedures for testing of materials, processes, and instrumentation.
• Train staff on equipment use and manage lab supplies.
• Communicate project status and risk mitigation to the team.
• Support development of manufacturing processes for materials and optimize processing conditions.
