Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Co. Inc. in Denton, TX is seeking an experienced Materials Technician to support receiving, shipping and inventory control in a fast-growing logistics environment.

You will verify distributions, prepare shipping documents, maintain records, and reconcile shipments while leveraging Excel and MS Office to ensure accurate inventory and timely operations. Shift: 4:00 PM–12:30 AM; benefits after 90 days; referral bonus up to $200.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and organize distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
• Prepare shipping/receiving documents and labels.
• Maintain shipping/receiving area and inventory records.
• Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and shipments.
• Maintain the automated inventory management system to match physical stock.
• Complete all paperwork for receiving/shipping goods.

As one of the fastest-growing warehousing and logistics companies in North America, were looking for an experienced Materials Technician.

Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, performs duties related to receiving and shipping of product.

• Verifies and organizes distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
• Prepares related documents.
• Maintains shipping/receiving area.
• Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.
• Prepare shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled.
• Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals.
• Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.
• Maintain the automated inventory management system to ensure that actual physical inventory matches the database logical inventory.
• Completing all legal formalities, procedures and paper work for receiving/shipping the goods.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Shift hours are 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM.
