Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Material Technician to ensure correct raw material blends for molded products. You will weigh materials, load shredders and sorters, and monitor blenders to meet production specs.

The role requires basic hand and power tool proficiency, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. The environment is a manufacturing facility with safety-focused practices and preventive maintenance duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with forklift preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Weighs/measures raw materials to ensure accurate blends per specs.
• Loads and operates shredder/granulator and Sortex equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance on Sortex and shredder equipment.
• Operates material blenders and communicates issues to supervisor.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and materials flow.
