Monday - Friday

12 pm - 4 pm

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As a Materials Technician, you will be responsible for assisting the Materials Manager with stocking needed daily supplies, processing daily deliveries, and other duties such as collecting daily charge data, entering and logging charges for each department, ordering supplies, managing rental equipment, submitting invoices, and moving equipment.

Specific Duties

• Assist the Materials Manager in departmental operations.
• Receive all deliveries, inspect items for damage or defects, verify completeness and accuracy, and notify departments of discrepancies.
• Maintain an updated Material Safety Data Sheet manual for stocked items.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in the medical field preferred.
