Experience in distribution is preferred, with a requirement to understand basic accounting and to participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks, verifying shipments, updating inventory records, and ensuring secure storage.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior receiving/distribution experience preferred.
• Must participate in orientation and continuing education to maintain knowledge and skills.

Responsabilidades

• Receives, stores and distributes supplies in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintains clean and orderly receiving and storage areas.
• Operates manual/power pallet jacks and dock levelers for moving goods.
• Prepares goods for shipping and obtains carrier signatures.
• Verifies goods received against orders and enters data into the computer.
• Counts stock for inventory and restocks as needed.
• Performs basic paperwork related to stock movements and returns.
• Adheres to hospital confidentiality and safety procedures.
