Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Materials Tech for full-time day shifts at our Dallas facility. The role involves receiving, stocking, inventory management, and timely delivery of goods to hospital departments.

Strong basic computer and communication skills are required, with a high school diploma and willingness to learn. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Ability to meet time standards.
• Basic reading, writing, and computer skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle moderately difficult requests with research.

Responsibilities

• Performs Warehouse/Storeroom tasks including receiving, stocking, and filing paperwork.
• Accurately receive goods into the system.
• Stock shelves/inventory daily with incoming goods.
• Deliver non-stock items to requesting departments on time.
• Pull and deliver daily inventory orders and back-orders.
• Count and refill daily par-level areas.
• Return items to vendors and assist with repairs shipments.
• Deliver items the same day the order arrives.
• Inspect all items and report damaged goods to buyer/vendor.
• Provide customer service: answer phones, calls, pagers, questions.
