Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3–5 years shop floor manufacturing experience; 1–3 years leadership preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead a team with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily resource allocation to meet production targets.
• Identify and implement safety, quality, and cost-reduction best practices.
• Ensure operatives have tools, parts, and instructions; train teammates.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and utilize material handling equipment.
