Job summary

EPITEC in Dubuque, IA is seeking a Supply Management Planner I to support scheduling, procurement, and inventory management across the supply chain. You will work with suppliers, monitor performance, analyze data, and drive process improvements while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Candidates should have a related degree or relevant experience and strong Excel, analytics, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or material planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute supply chain planning activities to support material availability and operational requirements.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding schedule releases and material replenishment.
• Monitor supplier performance and investigate issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Support inventory management, including monitoring and replenishment planning.
• Analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Research market conditions, supplier capabilities, and cost drivers to support decisions.
• Assist with contract performance tracking and provide data for negotiations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate supply chain initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvements by reviewing operations for efficiency.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and support logistics systems.
