Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM) seeks a Materials Supervisor for our San Antonio, Texas site, reporting to the VP of Supply Chain. Temporarily based in NE San Antonio before relocating to Brooks; 100% in‑office with no remote work.

Position Summary:
IEM is currently seeking a Materials Supervisor for our San Antonio, Texas location and will report into the VP of Supply Chain.
This position will be based temporarily in NE San Antonio while our new manufacturing plant is coming online. Our permanent location is approximately 25 minutes away at Brooks, 7515 Inner Circle Dr., San Antonio, 78235. The position is also 100% in‑office and does not offer remote work.
The Materials Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day‑to‑day materials operations, ensuring the safe, accurate, and uninterrupted flow of materials from receipt through supermarket inventory, point‑of‑use replenishment, production support, WIP, and final product shipment. This role oversees the team members and daily execution needed to maintain material availability, inventory accuracy, and production support.
The Materials Supervisor is expected to be a hands‑on leader who supervises daily materials activities and supports continuous improvement efforts. The role partners closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Quality to resolve material constraints, support material flow, participate in Kaizen initiatives, and help maintain standardized processes that support operational excellence.
