Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 2+ years in receiving material, processing orders, or related fields.
• Excellent data entry skills and ability to follow processes precisely.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to learn quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process receipt of material shipments, verify data, resolve discrepancies, and enter receipts into SAP.
• Process work order transfers, set up orders and components correctly, resolve discrepancies, and enter transfers into SAP.
• Move transformers between plant codes in SAP: process order, receive, and issue.
• Perform daily reconciliations, process credit memos, monitor invoices without receipts, train others, and maintain complete records.
