Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a detail-oriented order processor to handle in-coming and out-going orders and related documentation in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with transport partners to ensure timely shipments and accurate clearance of goods.

Qualifications

• Experience with in-coming and out-going order processing and documentation.
• Familiarity with shipping documents and compliance.
• Basic knowledge of transport coordination and logistics terminology.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound orders and generate delivery/shipping documents.
• Coordinate with internal and external transport partners for timely shipments.
• Ensure accurate declaration of permits and prompt delivery and clearance of shipments.
• Identify non-conformances and help implement corrective actions.
