Job summary

Mayco International in Sterling Heights, MI, seeks a Shipping and Receiving team member to manage material flow, verify invoices, and ensure proper storage and transport of goods. The role supports adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO14001 standards, with a focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will review schedules, maintain clean work areas, participate in inventories, and report discrepancies while following all health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Familiar with IATF 16949 policies and procedures and work instructions.
• Knowledge of receiving transactions and the CMS system.
• ISO14001 Training.

Responsibilities

• Review shipping schedule.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standard.
• Report any discrepancies in invoices.
• Perform check of incoming goods to ensure compliance with invoices as well as to assure against damages.
• Ensure proper storage of materials received
• Maintain and support a clean, organized work environment
• Participation in physical inventories.
• Maintain compliance of IATF 16949.
• Submit invoices and any other documentation.
• Transport received and finished product to their proper and appointed locations.
• Follows all safety, housekeeping, and company policies and procedures.
• Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and assignments as required.
