Responsibilities

• Prepares jobs for upcoming deliveries. Prioritizes jobs that need to ship.
• Packages parts according to proper specification.
• Verifies serial numbers to match parts.
• Prepares work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders.
• Ships via UPS and FEDEX and completes paperwork.
• Monitors inventory for boxes and packing materials.
• Requisitions shipping materials when needed.
• Delivers materials to departments as required.
• Maintains documentation for incoming materials and parts.
• Counts parts for production per relieving report.
• Keeps travelers up-to-date and signed/dated.
