Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies is seeking a Materials Clerk to receive, inspect, package, and ship materials, while maintaining inventory accuracy and proper documentation. The role includes handling serial numbers, preparing shipping paperwork, and ensuring traceability across departments.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with prior shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing being a strong plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience shipping/receiving in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipments and shipping documents (bills of lading, routing).
• Package parts per specifications and verify serial numbers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and dock-to-stock inspections when needed.
• Ship via UPS and FedEx and document paperwork accurately.
• Maintain travelers and ensure traceability of parts.
• Assist with tool crib and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
