Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a Warehouse Receiving/Distribution Associate to support the receipt, storage and distribution of equipment and supplies in a hospital setting. You will use RF scanners and a computer system to process transactions, verify documents, and ensure accurate inventory control.

The role requires adherence to safety regulations, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining organization and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on facility.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and timely from suppliers, customer orders, and stock replenishments.
• Operate PC and RF scanner to complete transactions in the management system.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain safe handling and storage of goods in secure environments.
• Assist with receiving and distribution of equipment and supplies and report issues to appropriate departments.
