Employees will be actively moving throughout the facility, handling materials, operating forklifts and overhead cranes, and working in a non-temperature-controlled shop setting. While some computer work is required for order processing and documentation, most of the role involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the day. Attention to detail and the ability to accurately process incoming parts are critical to success. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy a balance of physical work and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate ability to balance hands‑on material handling with accurate computer‑based order processing; candidates must be comfortable working on their feet while using systems to track and process work.
