Job summary

You will optimize ERP usage, improve reporting, and coach teams in MRP, BOMs, and production processes, while reducing excess inventory and strengthening supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP systems, inventory planning, purchasing, and team leadership.
• APICS certification, manufacturing experience, knowledge of Bills of Material and production processes are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and purchasing teams and oversee inventory management, purchasing operations, supplier performance, and materials processes.
• Partner with Operations, Sales, Scheduling, Engineering, Finance, and IT to align supply and demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Strengthen ERP utilization, improve reporting/analytics, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
