Job summary

Summit Polymers, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Materials (Purchasing) to support purchasing operations for components and raw materials. You will place orders, maintain PO pricing, forecast needs, and ensure on-time delivery to support manufacturing schedules.

The role requires a business degree or two years of purchasing experience in automotive manufacturing, familiarity with CMS/AS400 ERP, and strong data entry skills. No travel is expected.

• Ability to gather information, analyze options, and make decisions.
• Familiarity with CMS/AS400 ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase orders with accurate pricing and terms to vendors.
• Place daily orders and forecasted purchases to ensure schedules.
• Enter received goods into the inventory system daily.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering to prevent production delays.
