Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with Business Office, Production, Procurement, Planning and customers to align production and shipments plans with overall business goals.
• Identifies business process enhancements and participates in their design and implementation.
• Participates in Master Planning review and procurement actions from MRP process.
• Coordinates with planning on customer requirements, changes, to assess costs and feasibility.
• Supports new product introduction.
• Negotiates terms and conditions with customers on material management activities.
• Provides customers with technology information, supplier capabilities, and market trends to support SCM activities.
• Reviews contract terms to ensure SCM can meet requirements.
• Champions improvements and communicates action plans.
• Coordinates Bill of Material analysis and reviews lead times and critical parts supply.
