Job summary

Candidates should have 1–3 years in purchasing or related fields, working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Excellent Excel and data management skills, plus the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory, supply chain, materials planning, or a related field.
• Experience using ERP (NetSuite preferred but not required)
• Understanding of purchasing and inventory management processes.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders in NetSuite.
• Track orders and communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries, shortages, and lead times.
• Maintain accurate item, vendor, pricing, and inventory information.
• Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Support production and supply chain teams with material planning needs.
• Generate reports and analyze data using Excel.
• Assist with domestic and international purchasing activities.
• Support process improvements and ERP data maintenance.
