Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System is seeking a Supervisor Materials Procedural to oversee staff and daily supply chain operations across procedural areas. You will ensure policy compliance, lead initiatives for quality and cost efficiency, and manage inventory of sterile and room stock supplies.

The role requires an associate degree with 3–5 years' experience or equivalent clinical certification; certificates in CMRP/CPIM/Lean are preferred. Strong leadership and systems proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in supply chain, health management or related field is required.
• Clinical certificate and 3 years' experience or 5+ years' experience in hospital procedural area supply chain may substitute for the degree.
• AHRMM CMRP, APICS CPIM or Lean process improvement certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and daily supply chain operations to ensure service goals are met in a timely manner.
• Comply with hospital and departmental policies and procedures; uphold OSHA, FDA, AHRMM, JC, AORN, AAMI leading practices.
• Inventory management of sterile core supplies, par carts, specialty carts, room stock for all procedural areas.
• Cross train with all employees and areas for business continuity.
• Lead supply chain improvements including training, mentoring, cost savings, and value-enhancing analytics.
• Onboard new supply chain staff and manage time off, payroll, and annual reviews.
