Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Irvine seeks a Materials/Planning Specialist 2 to create and maintain a feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligned with company goals, partnering with multiple functions to meet on-time deliveries and KPIs.

The role requires building a BOM, data integrity in ERP systems, and collaborating across purchasing, production and engineering. The position emphasizes strong analytical skills and global teamwork in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in a relevant field such as Supply chain Planning, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in areas such as Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling or related.
• Experience with MRP, ERP, advance planning tool (SAP, Kinaxis, Rapid Response is a plus).
• Knowledge in manufacturing, planning processes, inventory analysis, forecast/demand.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform in-depth data analysis
• Ability to work in global team environment.
• Strong communicator, verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Develops specifications for new contract orders.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD$77,900 -$142,900 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Skyworks has different base pay ranges for different work locations in the U.S. Benefits include access to healthcare benefits (including a premium-free medical plan option), a 401(k) plan and company match, an employee stock purchase plan, paid time off (including vacation, sick/wellness, parental leave), among others.
