Follow up with suppliers to confirm material fulfillment, track orders and take action if material won't be available when the production plan needs it.
  • Manage material shortages and risk mitigation plans, including identifying, communicating and resolving potential supply risks to prevent production disruptions.
  • Review and maintain material master data on a regular basis, and confirm with suppliers and Procurement that lead times, min/max inventory levels, safety stocks and lot sizes are set correctly.

  • Exposure to KPIs and Master Data Management.
  • Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
  • Able to influence without authority and manage key stakeholders.
