Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space in Littleton, CO is seeking a Level 2 Manufacturing Support Team Member to assist material requirements planning and coordinate delivery of materials to support production schedules.

You will lead material status meetings, validate delivery dates, and communicate critical supply chain needs to stakeholders while exploring solutions to mitigate shortages and delays. A US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in material planning, procurement, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of material requirements planning, procurement, and supply chain management principles.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP or similar software.
• Due to work location requirements, must be a United States citizen.

Responsibilities

• Support material requirements planning interface with program ensuring SPD000234 compliance.
• Lead material status meetings with product teams to review material availability and shortages.
• Validate procurement delivery dates and update systems to match delivery dates.
• Communicate critical supply chain needs to stakeholders.
• Escalate schedule threats and drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Coordinate make-part shipments to minimize costs and delays.
• Monitor exception messages and manage PR rejections with buyers.
• Load demand, network changes, and analyze impacts on material needs.
