Job summary

AOI, based in Sugar Land, Texas, seeks a detail-oriented Material Control Analyst to oversee inventory management and production planning. You will ensure accurate scheduling of materials, monitor stock levels, and manage supply risks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in supply chain or manufacturing, strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in supply chain, production control, or manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and charts.
• Experience with ERP/MRP or production work-order systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirements and safety levels.
• Review and manage MRP system to ensure accurate stock levels and reorder points.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production Control and other functions to ensure on-time delivery and inventory targets.
• Create, analyze and update future demand forecasts on a quarterly and annual basis.
