Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Materials Supply Chain IC3 in the Houston, TX area to manage materials planning, manufacturing coordination, and supply execution for OCI’s cloud infrastructure and data center deployments.

The role requires coordinating with Contract Manufacturers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Deployment teams to ensure material readiness and resolve execution gaps. US-based prerequisites apply.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in materials management, supply chain operations, manufacturing planning, or related functions.
• Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong background in inventory control, production scheduling, materials planning, and supply chain execution.
• Experience supporting hardware manufacturing, cloud infrastructure, networking, server, or high-tech environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate material readiness and CTB status for planned production.
• Coordinate with supply planning and demand planning to align material availability with forecasted demand.
• Monitor material shortages, late commits, and production constraints at contract manufacturers and drive resolution.
• Review manufacturing plans and identify when supply, material, or capacity constraints threaten delivery commitments.
• Support inventory planning and material positioning to maintain supply continuity while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Ensure timely execution of material flow to support rack and infrastructure delivery requirements.
