Responsabilidades

• Maintains SAP work order release schedule to ensure on-time material delivery and manufacturing/engineering support.
• Reschedules and completes no-charge, discrete jobs as required.
• Performs pre-shortage analysis to increase component availability at release.
• Reviews MRP execution and ensures information accuracy; reconciles supply and demand.
• Participates in floor audits with Finance to resolve WIP issues; reports status.
• Attends production meetings and provides status on material shortage commit dates.
• Adjusts make-level lead times on the manufacturing floor as needed.
• Works with engineers to manage materials for special projects; collaborates with shop floor on control activities.
• Manages inventory levels per plan, expedites shortages, and forecasts spare parts needs.
