Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a Materials Planning Analyst to ensure material availability while meeting inventory, cost, and service level objectives to support internal and external demand.

You will plan and procure materials, develop demand forecasts, manage backorders, POs, and drive KPIs like OTIF and Fill Rate; advanced SAP MM and Excel skills, plus strong English, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in materials planning, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Advanced SAP MM experience (required).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and procure materials to support customer and production requirements.
• Maintain planning master data and ensure ERP data accuracy.
• Develop demand forecasts and support the S&OP process.
• Manage backorders, purchase orders, and special procurement requests.
• Support import/export and intercompany purchasing activities.
• Coordinate material status updates with Production, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Track and analyze supply chain KPIs, including Fill Rate, OTIF, Inventory Days, and Forecast Accuracy.
