Job summary

Actalent seeks a Coordinator to partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to translate demand into a procurement plan. The role maintains ERP data for material availability and coordinates schedules impacted by late deliveries for production builds.

We require 2–3 years in materials planning, a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and strong organizational and communication skills. This on-site contract role is based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand demand and convert it into a procurement plan.
• Keep ERP data up to date and ensure material availability for production builds.
• Coordinate and resolve schedule impacts caused by late material deliveries.
• Organize and maintain regular reviews with procurement on delivery status and performance.
• Perform clear to build assessments on production schedules.
• Maintain and report on demand-related metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and other business stakeholders on planning process and system improvements.
