Job summary

You will communicate material availability, accuracy, and timeliness to the site and coordinate between Owner, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of required materials.

This role requires mobilization to site and collaboration with Engineering, Construction and Project Controls to align material lead times with the project schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience inputting requisitions, receipts, storage and material issuing in procurement software.
• Knowledge of scheduling deliveries and managing logistics for site deliveries.
• Ability to work with multiple disciplines and communicate with subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provides work process and systems expertise for materials management planning across the project life cycle.
• Collaborates with Engineering and Construction to report material status and distribution per package program.
• Develops material identification methods and data sets for project software applications.
• Supports project controls with material lead times to inform the schedule and flag issues.
• Assists purchasing and coordinates laydown/warehouse space with Field Supply Chain.
