Job summary

Lippert is a leading global supplier in Goshen, Indiana, seeking a Materials/Inventory Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of parts to production and maintain ERP accuracy for consumption and BOM changes. You will support material planning, inventory control, and ensure smooth communication with production and purchasing teams.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED (not necessary).
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Microsoft Office Skills required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule department work to ensure production receives and consumes the correct material.
• Maintain ERP accuracy for consumption and processes within materials department, including remaining consumption, error log, bill of material changes, work fills, and shortages.
• Communicate material shortages to production and purchasing teams, monitor consumption in the system.
• Monitor and release work for material handlers and shortages as needed.
