• Lead scientific direction of the XCP-5 group and deliver high-quality research.
• Manage a multi-year portfolio across technical areas and sponsors.
• Collaborate with theory, software, and weapons design teams to execute programs.
• Engage in strategy planning and execution with XCP division leadership.
• Mentor staff, postdocs, and students to build capabilities.
