Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Material Stocker to support material handling, inventory accuracy, and line operations at our New Bern facility. You will move stock, operate handling equipment, and help maintain a safe, organized work area.

Responsibilities include training teammates, flexing into the line as needed, and implementing process improvements. A 90-day probationary period applies and SmartRecruiters is used for applications.

Qualifications

• Associates must be able to work 8+ hours per day and 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Move and stock a variety of materials and products, including lifting 3–45 lbs from pallets.
• Maintain and verify inventory accuracy and materials handling.
• Operate material handling equipment to move stock through the plant.
• Assist in training other associates and flex into line as needed.
• Plan and execute daily line activities, leading in the absence of the team lead.
• Identify and implement improvement ideas in the work area.
