Job summary

Avancez Assembly in Arlington, TX is seeking a Forklift Operator for the 2nd shift. You will operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to move product, load trucks, and unload shipments, maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Starting pay is $18.75 per hour with a $1.00/hour premium and a $0.50/hour shift premium. Schedule is Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:15pm and Sat 3:00pm-12:15am; overtime may be available. Requires 1+ year sit-down forklift experience and ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Sit-down forklift experience required, 1+ year.
• Able to pass post-offer drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to stand 8-9 hours daily.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit-down forklift safely.
• Move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed.
• Unload trucks and store inventory.
• Rack and stack products up to 16 feet high.
• Load trucks with empty dunnage.

Summary

Our Manufacturing company is seeking Assemblers to join our assembly line team. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and ready to be a team player. It’s important for new hires to hit the ground running and must be able to work.

Staring Pay: $18.75/hour

Hilo Prem: $1.00/hour

Shift Premium: $0.50/hour

2nd Shift: Monday - Saturday

Schedule: Mon-Fri 2:00pm - 10:15pm

Sat 3:00pm - 12:15am

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner
• Operate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed
• Unload trucks and put inventory away
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high
• Load trucks with empty dunnage

Qualifications And Experience

• Sit down forklift experience is mandatory 1+ years
• Must be able to pass a post-offer urinalysis drug screen and background check
• Forklift experience preferred
