Oshkosh Vocational Tennessee is seeking a Materials & Manufacturing Services Manager to lead a People First culture in a manufacturing environment, overseeing Materials, Production Scheduling, and Product Data Management. You will ensure efficient material flow, accurate manufacturing data, and on-time delivery to support operational goals.

The role drives continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing, and maintains

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Six or more years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and workflows across Materials, Production Scheduling, and PDM.
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly and salaried team members.
• Manage material flow between plants, production areas, and off-site storage locations.
• Oversee production scheduling to ensure alignment with customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
• Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, and Engineering to support production schedules, throughput, and productivity.
