You will work with engineering, operations, quality, and plant teams to advance composite materials, strengthen process controls, and deliver measurable results through data analysis and documentation. We value hands‑on, curious engineers who own their work and grow with the company, offering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing engineering environment.
• Experience with composites, materials development, or process development.
• Experience with thermoset composites and related processes.
• Experience with FMEA and control plans.
• Capital equipment procurement experience.

Responsabilités

• Partner with engineering and operations to support materials and process development projects.
• Improve composite material performance and process controls.
• Develop documentation and reports for technical projects.
• Manage capital equipment projects from specs to startup.
• Support supplier qualifications and material development.
• Lead or support DMAIC and Lean projects.
• Collaborate across manufacturing, engineering, sales, quality, and operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
